The UPSHUR BUILDING is a 35,000 SF industrial warehouse located in the emerging NW INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT, affectionally referred to as “The Squish”. The building was constructed in 1952 and in 2015 was fully remodeled into a grocery store for well know and established Cash & Carry, now US Foods Chef Store.
