East Pringle Innovation Center
The East Pringle Innovation Center (EPIC), is a 12-Acre development by Wildwood, Inc. designed to be a future hub for food processing and agriculture related businesses.
EPIC will house both established businesses and growing businesses that wish to collaborate in a campus like setting. The First Phase of the Development includes an innovative and energy efficient food processing facility and winery designed to help small businesses operate more efficiently and profitably. Green technologies such as a solar thermal hot water system, photovoltaic array, high efficient lighting and HVAC, as well as individual system metering all contribute to make the building one of the most energy efficient processing facilities in Oregon.
